When the old loops start to feel unbearable and the surface answers wear thin, that’s when you find me.

I’m not here to offer quick fixes or polished affirmations. I’m an Existential Detective. I track what’s weighing you down and what’s aching to break through. I read your body’s quiet cues, your breath, your patterns, and the stars, weaving them into something you can actually feel. No fluff. Just what’s real and ready to move.

This isn’t about insight for insight’s sake. This is about crossing the threshold into a new way of being, one rooted in presence, not performance.

I carry the wound and the wisdom of what it means to lead from the root. With Chiron anchored at my IC in Taurus and Uranus rising at my Scorpio Midheaven, I’ve lived the paradox of needing to stay small to feel safe, while being called to disrupt, liberate, and guide. My early life taught me survival through stillness. My soul demanded something louder.

Now, I walk with those standing at the edge of transformation. Not to push, but to listen. Not to lead from above, but from beside. I believe leadership is a posture of presence. That when you tend to your roots, your nervous system, your inner voice, your quiet knowing, your power stops asking for permission.

This is the work: not playing small, not burning out, but building the capacity to hold all of who you are.

You’re the one walking the path, but I’ll help you find the door… or realize there was never one to begin with.

  • Breathe

Breath is at the center of our being. Breath is the quiet force that carries you through every moment, but when you start using it with intention, everything shifts. One conscious breath can bring you back to yourself. A few more can soften the edges of your stress, clear the mental fog, and settle your nervous system. And if you let it take you deeper? That’s where the real transformation happens.

Breathwork isn’t just a technique, it’s an experience. It cracks you open, dissolves old patterns, and moves the emotions you didn’t even realize were trapped. It’s a way to meet yourself beyond the noise, to break free from the loops that keep you small, and to remember what’s possible when you stop holding back.

With me, breathwork isn’t about control. It’s about surrender. It’s about trusting your body’s intelligence to guide the way. Whether you’re here for a single grounding breath or a life-altering heart expansion, I’ll hold the space while you explore what’s waiting inside you.

Take a deep breath. You’re already on your way.

  • Heart Walks

There’s something special about just setting everything else down and going for a walk. Not only is it one of the healthiest activities one can do for the body, I would even theorise that it is every bit as good for the mind and spirit too. A walk can move stagnant energy and settle activated energy. A walk can provide a simple tether back into the body. Add a few trees and me, and you’ve got yourself a Heart Walk.

My love for nature walks has grown over the years. It is special to me. John asked me to marry him on one of our nature walks. I love walking both trails I have the pleasure to walk daily and the ones that are a mystery at every turn. Each step provides a moment to be present to all that surrounds and all that is within me.

Years ago I trained in a modality called Breathwalk, and while I didn’t follow the path as a Breathwalk facilitator, I think it pointed to something that would come to fruition. For the past few years, I’ve been deep in the practice of conscious breathing, often known as breathwork. Now, I’m desiring to share my love of walking. Two distinct offerings, though easily combined, have seemingly been born from that foreshadowed moment. Beyond my love for it, there are perceptible benefits to this simple activity.

One of the coolest things that I know about walking is that it naturally induces bilateral stimulation. Basically, you are engaging both sides of the brain. It’s the same thing that is happening in EMDR. I recently read that trauma will often get stuck on one side of the brain, so the bilateral stimulation can  activate both sides to help you fully process and integrate the traumatic memory. It also helps by reducing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, and decreasing reactivity to stressors.

I’m not a therapist. I don’t necessarily deal with trauma but I am a human with a compassionate heart and a slew of useful tools in my toolbox; because I too have much to process. I’m offering Heart Walks as both 1:1 and group experiences. You don’t need a group or guide for walking to be an effective tool for you. This is simply an offering for those who may like to verbally process, bend an ear, share a story and be heard. You choose how much if any response you get. This is your space from my heart to yours. Let’s walk.

  • Eclipse Astro Guidance

We all go through periods of change and refinement. It’s the promise of life. Right now, I’m in one of those seasons, and it feels like the right time to start sharing some of the shifts I’m making. Nothing is set in stone. Everything is in motion.

I’ve never had a "career" in the traditional sense, and I’ve never really wanted one. That still holds true. What I want is to create a life filled with joy, one that also adds value to yours. Lately, I’ve been in a deep process of shedding. Before anything can be fully released, it must be examined. What stays? What goes? The stories, behaviors, and beliefs that are ready to be transformed are all up for review.

This process has been part of a greater desire to merge all of my hats into one big, fabulous hat. While it’s still an evolving project, I’m getting closer to understanding what I’m truly here to offer. So, what does this have to do with you? Everything.

I know I’m not the only one navigating big transformations right now. Life is asking a lot of all of us. And with eclipse season upon us—one of the most potent times for accelerated change—we need extra support. Think of a merry-go-round spinning faster and faster. It’s a thrilling ride, but without something to hold onto, it’s easy to lose your balance. I’m here to be part of the support crew for this wild, spinning moment we’re in.

If you’re feeling the acceleration, the unknowns, or the invitations to shift, this is a way to anchor yourself in clarity.

This is the kind of moment where we remember: we don’t have to figure it all out alone. If this resonates, send me a message, and let’s explore what’s unfolding for you.
