Heart Resonance is an experiential evening rooted in presence, trust, compassion, and shared humanity.
Through guided breathwork, partnered exercises, live music, and dance, we’ll explore what becomes possible when we soften our defenses and genuinely meet ourselves and one another.
This experience is designed to gently shift perception and invite deeper engagement beyond the surface-level ways we often relate in everyday life.
Some moments may feel joyful and energizing.
Some may feel vulnerable, emotional, or unexpectedly moving.
The evening begins with grounding breath and resonance practices and closes with live musical performances from Out of Doors and Ayla Brisa, inviting us into dance, celebration, and integration as we carry the experience through the body.
You may leave feeling more at home with yourself and others and more aware of the humanity moving through all of us.
The only way to know is to step in and experience it.
To keep things simple and personal, payment for Heart Resonance will be handled through Venmo, Paypal, or Cash App. The cost to attend is $25.
Once your payment is received, you’ll receive the full event flyer including the exact address, arrival details, and everything you’ll need to know for the evening.
We’ll also be capturing photo and video throughout the night to help share the spirit of Heart Resonance and support future events. We intend to film in a way that feels respectful, natural, and non-intrusive while honoring the atmosphere of the experience.
